For its 4th General Assembly, from 29th May to 2nd June 2011, the Network positively responded to the invitation of its Turkish member AKAD and gathered its members in Istanbul, crossroads of civilizations, a window looking at the Mediterranean, a bridge between Europe and Asia.
The participants were welcomed at the Mimar Sinan University of Fine Arts, on the shores of the Bosphorus, in the presence of M. Hervé Magro, French Consul General in Istanbul, and Pr Yalçın KARAYAĞIZ, Rector of the University.

Time of meeting, discussion and cooperation, this General Assembly was also the opportunity to strengthen the network, to make decisions and to draft orientations for the years to come.
At the end of their work, the participants voted with unanimity the text of a Call for Solidarity, "Let's make solidarity global", which will be distributed publicly within the respective countries of each member and partners of the Network.
